Website analytics and session recording
When you visit edirefining.com, we use two services to understand how people use the site, so we can fix anything confusing and make it easier to reach us.
Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, counts visits and records actions such as which pages are viewed, whether the price panel, booking window or contact form is used, and whether a phone number is tapped.
Microsoft Clarity, provided by Microsoft Corporation, records how visitors move through a page, including scrolling, clicks, taps and mouse movement, and turns this into heatmaps and replays of visits.
What these services do not see: anything you type into our contact form, booking window or chat assistant is hidden before it leaves your device, so it is never recorded. We do not use these services to identify you, and we do not sell this information.
Cookies: both services store cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, and the site works normally without them. Google offers an opt-out add-on for browsers at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Where the information goes: Google and Microsoft process this information on servers in the United States and other countries. While it is there, it is subject to the laws of those countries and may be accessed by their courts, law enforcement and national security authorities.
